Overview

These terms govern your use of Perirosa (the "App"), published by DynamWorks LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Description of Service

Perirosa is a personal tracking app for reproductive and hormonal health. It lets you record menstrual cycles, symptoms, hormone therapy and medication doses, weight, temperature and notes; view them on a calendar; receive local reminders; see pattern-based insights; and generate a PDF summary to share with a clinician. All processing happens on your device.

Not Medical Advice

Perirosa is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, and it is not a method of contraception or a fertility-planning tool.

Cycle predictions, phase estimates and insights are statistical observations drawn from the data you enter. They are frequently uncertain and may be wrong — particularly during perimenopause, or with irregular or absent cycles, which is exactly when many people use this app.

Never start, stop or change a medication or hormone therapy on the basis of anything the App shows you. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional, and seek urgent care for urgent symptoms.

Eligibility

The App is intended for adults managing their own health. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live in order to purchase a subscription.

Subscriptions

Perirosa Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not retroactively refund the current period.

Subscription Plans

Pro adds HRT and medication regimens with adherence tracking, the perimenopause daily check-in with hot-flash counts, sleep quality and symptom trends, and advanced insights. PCOS and pregnancy modes are included in Pro at no extra charge. Prices are in US dollars and may differ in other regions and currencies; the App Store shows the price applicable to you before you confirm.

Free Trial

The 14-day free trial is offered on the annual plan to eligible new subscribers, as determined by Apple. Only one introductory offer is available per subscription group per Apple Account. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it converts automatically to a paid annual subscription at the price shown at signup. You can cancel at any time during the trial in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions and you will not be charged.

Refunds

All purchases are made through the App Store, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies — we cannot issue them. Requests can be made at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something in the App is not working as described, please contact us first; we would rather fix it.

Your Data and Content

Everything you record in the App is yours. We claim no ownership of it and, as described in our Privacy Policy, we never receive it. Because your data exists only on your device, you are responsible for retaining it — we cannot recover records lost through device loss, device failure, deletion of the App, or use of the in-app "Delete all data" control. We strongly recommend keeping encrypted device backups.

Intellectual Property

The App, its name, icon, design and underlying software are owned by DynamWorks LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the App except where that restriction is prohibited by law.

Accuracy and Limitations

The App's output depends entirely on the accuracy and completeness of what you enter. Insights and predictions require a minimum amount of data before they appear, and the App shows a confidence level with them. Adherence figures reflect what you recorded, not what you actually took.

Acceptable Use

Please do not use the App unlawfully, attempt to circumvent its purchase or entitlement checks, or interfere with its operation or security.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy forms part of these terms and describes how the App handles your information.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any result or insight it produces will be accurate. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynamWorks LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of or relating to your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for it in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with mandatory local consumer protections, nothing here deprives you of the protection of those provisions.
